We hope to make it to the Rec. Path for Biking Thursday 6/12. Thanks for your concerns and support. Two days of practice on our blacktop over the last two Thursdays was a huge success. We think everyone is starting and stopping with confidence. If you are still not sure your biker is ready for the bike path yet, please let us know.
Join us for a hotdog and a fond farewell if you have time to socialize on Tuesday June 17 at 4:00. It has been such a great year at Afterschool. Thanks for being part of it!
Summer Camp begins on June 23. All registrations should be complete and up to date. We still have room for a few more campers in Offsite Dance Wk2 6/30-7/3. We just had a great staff meeting with our summer camp counselors for this year and we have updated our onsite themes for this summer. View the new themes on our website HERE.
We have a new food policy at Summer Camp that bans any kind of sea food. Due to a serious allergy, we have a no fish policy for summer camp this summer.
Our 3 week cancellation policy continues for summer camp . If you are receiving subsidy, keep in mind that we have confirmed your certificates for your current summer camp registration. If you make a change in location (from on-site to off-site) you will be responsible for securing the correct certificate for that change.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to be in touch.
Thanks you so much for your tremendous support all year. Looking forward a fun filled summer!
Sincerely,
Bill Minter
