Canoeing - Week 6
Description: Join us to learn the basics and some more advanced paddling skills. Try the bow and the stern. Float in a secure PFD. And see if you can complete the canoe-over-canoe T rescue! We will explore beautiful open flat waters and beaches of our local lakes and reservoirs. Don\'t forget your water shoes, hat and sunscrean! Campers should bring: water bottle, a lunch with 2 snacks (we don\'t do warm-ups), sunscreen, hat, bathing suit & towel, rain gear, extra layers of clothing, sneakers, water shoes. All items should be clearly labeled with your camper’s name. Meet at the Stowe Elementary School for Drop off 8:00-9:00am and pick up 4:00-5:00pm.
